General Return Policy
You may return
most new, unused, undamaged and in saleable
condition parts sold by Yama Seiki USA, Inc. within 45 days after the ship date for a full
refund, unless otherwise indicated in the following
section “Items That Can’t Be
Returned”. All orders are not eligible for return and refund after the 45-day return period has expired.
Note: The original
shipping and handling charge may be deducted from the
amount of your refund if the reason for yourreturn is not the result of Yama Seiki's error.
How to return?
A. Normal stock Parts
If you have ordered the wrong part or simply wish to make a return request within the 45-days return period, and theresult of this request is not of Yama Seiki’s error, you may:
1. Please call our Parts Department at 1.888.976.6789, or email us at parts@yamaseiki.com to
request the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form before you ship the parts to us.
After the RMA form is received, Yama Seiki Parts Department will review the details, and you will be notified with a RMA number and instructions for returning the part once your return has been approved.
2. Please carefully package the part in its original package or in equally protective packaging,
write down the RMA no. on the package and send to the address specified by our Parts Department.
3. All normal returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the parts purchase price.
B. Custom/Special Order Parts
All custom/special orders can’t be returned or refunded.
C. Items That Can't Be Returned
Yama Seiki does not accept returns of the following items:
• Custom/Special ordered items.
• Belts
• Light Bulbs
• Fanuc Options
• Software
• Manuals (Hard Copy or Digital Copy)
How refunds are issued?
Refunds are issued either by Yama Seiki’s company check or by credit to the customers
within 2 weeks after thereturned part has been received by Yama Seiki, and the part is unopened, unused,
undamaged and in saleablecondition.
How to request replacements &
exchanges for damaged/defective/wrong parts
We can only
replace the exact part you ordered, and you are
responsible to return the damaged/defective/ wrong partwithin 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item,
you will need to
return the item and place a new order.
If you received a damaged/defective/wrong part and need to exchange it for the same item,
please call our Parts Department at 1.888.976.6789 or email us at parts@yamaseiki.com to request the RMA form.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please call our Parts Department at 1.888.976.6789 or emailus at parts@yamaseiki.com to request the RMA form to return the original item
and place a new order for the itemyou'd like to purchase.
For damaged, defective, and wrong items, we will ship the replacement parts to you via your original shippingmethod.
Cancellation Policy
In general, you may change or cancel your order before the order ships out. If your order has shipped it
cannot be modified. You may refer to our general return policy if you still wish to return the part.
To cancel an item or an entire order:
Please call our Parts Department at 1.888.976.6789 to cancel the order or an item if the order has not yet shipped.
In general, custom/special orders cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled. In some cases, the order may be cancelledonly
if the customer’s cancellation request been made before the production procedure has started, and partial payment
may be required according to order process stage. Please contact our Parts Department to discuss the order processstage.
Limited Warranty Policy
We warrant Yama Seiki parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period of time specified
in the part’s description on our website beginning
from the date of original purchase. Some parts may provide longer warranty
terms according to the manufacturer’s warranty. During this warranty period, if a defect
arises, and you follow the instructionsfor returning the part, we will, at our discretion , either (i) repair the part using
either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace thepart with a new or refurbished part, or (iii) refund partially or fully the purchase
price of the part. This limited
warranty applies toall
new, repair, and replacement parts.
Warranty terms for repair and replacements are only for the remainder of the originalwarranty period. All replaced parts for which a refund is given shall become our property.
This limited warranty applies only to the parts that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes,
unauthorized use, alterations or repair.

In general, you will need to deliver the parts, postage paid, in either its original packaging or in equally
protective packaging to the address specified by our Parts Department.
Limitations:
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE
AND IN LIEU OFALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL STATUTORY
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ANDAGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF WE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATIONOF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE
AS DETERMINED BY US IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS,
SO THEABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANYBREACH OF WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION ORLIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state tostate.

please contact the manufacturer orvisit their website for more information.
After your Yama
Seiki USA, Inc. return period has expired, certain items may still be eligible for exchange or repair under themanufacturer's warranty. To determine if your part is eligible for a warranty return,
review the paperwork that came with themerchandise or contact the manufacturer.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE WARRANTY
1. Please contact Yama Seiki Parts Department for warranty request
form.
2. Please fill the required area with detail.

Machine model
·
Machine serial number
· Part
number from part manual (if possible)
· Picture
of the parts in detail.
o Dimension
of the part with detail measurement next to the parts. (If is possible.)
o A
picture of the parts located on the machine.
o Pictures
of the parts.
o Situation
that cause or damaged parts.
3. Please provide detail information for the symptom of the
problem for the technician to approve the warranty parts.
When the warranty is undetermined after submit the form, there is
advance shipment method.
1. Advance shipment:
· Notify
the parts department the need of advance shipment (by mail or call.)
· Purchase
the correct parted needed.
· Request
for an RMA form.
· Fill
out the RMA form in detail of the require areas.
· Send
the defected or damage part back include the RMA together back to Yama Seiki.
· After
determining the parts, we will inform you the situation either approve or
disapproved.
o If
warranty is disapproved, you will be responsible for paying the parts.
