R Series i Models

R Series i models feature automatic Variable Pressure Control ( AVP Control), which offers complete output pressure control, exceptional energy savings, and lower coolant temperatures for better machining accuracy.

  • With AVP Control, just enter the desired pressure setting into the system or machines' control and coolant output is automatically adjusted accordingly.
  • The AVP Control eliminates the manual pressure valve, thus saves energy and delivers lower coolant temperatures; the system precisely controls the pump speed in accordance with pressure output.
  • With AVP Control, each tool can have the desired pressure output within the systems capabilities, regardless of the tool's orifice quantity or size.
  • Have full control of the reservoir, including easy coolant level adjustments and timing for coolant transfer.
  • i-series systems are connected easily to the machine tool, simplifying the interfacing process and hardware.
